Our terms and conditions of delivery

All our shipments are made by express transport agency. Delivery will take place within 3 to 7 days. The delivery will be made at the agreed address, Monday through Friday (not holidays), from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.

Shipping costs

Except for special promotions, shipping costs are borne by the customer. The shipping cost will be € 8 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. When confirming the purchase, the user will receive an automatic response confirming the purchase, with an order number. Later LA MORENITA will send an e-mail to the user informing of the departure of the order from the warehouse. In said e-mail, the shipping number and the customer service number of the transport company will also be provided, so that, in the event of any incident in the delivery, the user can contact the carrier to resolve it. If at the time of delivery the user is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a second delivery. If after 7 business days from the delivery of the order the delivery has not been arranged, the user must contact LA MORENITA. In the event that the user does not proceed like this, after 10 business days from the delivery of the order, it will be returned to the La Morenita warehouses and the user will be responsible for the shipping and return costs of the merchandise. , as well as the possible associated management expenses. If delivery could not be made due to loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually oscillate between one and three weeks. In such cases, LA MORENITA will contact the user to decide whether to cancel the order and pay the amount paid (cost of the products and shipping costs), or to send a new order again, at no additional cost. At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package before the transport company that, on behalf of LA MORENITA, delivers the requestedproduct, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If later, after reviewing the product, the user detects any incident such as hit, breakage or any damage caused to it by the shipment, the user must notify LA MORENITA by e-mail within a period of no more than 24 hours, sending the following documents:

  • Online order delivery note.
  • Copy of the invoice that you will always receive with your order.
  • Photograph of the damage suffered.

Once your incident is registered, our agents will manage your claim as quickly as possible, at the same time that you will request the collection of said merchandise from your home to our warehouses and will contact you to make another similar shipment, or its refund. if the item is out of stock.

Return of orders and conditions 

The user will have a period of fifteen business days, according to the official calendar of his place of residence, to return the order, counting from the date of delivery. (Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). For these purposes, the User must communicate such intention by mail or by phone, indicating the order number, item / s to be returned and the reason for the return. Once the return request has been accepted, the User must send the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including everything that would have been sent with it and its labels in perfect condition, to the address of LA MORENITA, LA MORENITA, Plaza Navigation 18, 1º right, 07013, Palma. Exercised by the User the right of return, LA MORENITA, will return the amounts received by means of payment, by the same means of payment, within a period of no more than thirty days. Notwithstanding the provisions above, the right of withdrawal and / or resolution is excluded in those cases in which, due to the very nature of the items to be acquired, it is impossible to carry it out.

In no case will changes or returns of made-to-measure items, confirmed special orders, promotional items, limited series or items that have been discontinued be accepted. The return costs of the return are borne by the user, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

  • The unwanted product must be in the same state in which it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.
  • The unwanted product must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product, or failing that, in a similar protective box so that the product reaches our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
  • A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are marked.

If the requirements of the previous point have been respected, LA MORENITA will send the user an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return, and will proceed to the payment of the amount of the returned products, by the same means in which the payment was made, less the shipping cost and return cost. The shipping costs of the order will only be refunded in the case of defective or incorrect products.


All our items are handcrafted and checked before being sold. By using natural materials and being a handmade product, there may be small variations between the same item, being a guarantee of a handmade product. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only (six-month warranty). Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the items or wear caused by normal use of the same are not included in this warranty.
